We ask our customers to send us their pictures, we evaluate them, and then schedule a one on one phone tutorial that goes like this: Our support staff and your in-house photographer (this could be your receptionist) meet on the phone, each having in front of them the same photo ready in their computer your photographer took, and we walk you through the simple steps. We have no complaints about repeating this several times... our goal is simple... you will succeed, period.
